Namaste. I really wanted to say thank you to all the dedicated early risers I met at one world this year. It was all so perfect, from the first morning outdoors with the sunrise to the incredible sacred space in the yurt. You amazed me with your commitment and enthusiasm. Has anyone been practising regularly and noticed any benefits? I would love to hear from you so please let me know.
Love, knowingness and bliss

Hi Sangeeta
Nice to see you making a bit of noise and livening things up here.
I'm afraid I can't comment on Pranayama as I'm definitely more owl than lark but I'm sure it was a wonderful experience for those who made it. Are you going to lead it again next year ?

Well it is possible to practice in the evening, as long as you leave 4 to 5 hours after eating, so no excuses John!
Would love to share whatever I know this year, next year, whenever. I am passionate in my befief that this is a total self medication technique and that I have only just started to understand the incredible health benefits.

4 or 5 hours after I stop eating in the evening would work out as early in the morning too
Okay, okay, I'm just lazy
By the way, how about putting a picture in your profile ?
Reminds me, I have some pics of you (and others) in the OW neighbour's garden (a.k.a. Knowle Park). Shall I e-mail them all to you ?

The lovely Sangeeta shared how to do Pranayama, and after a little resistance I am now really enjoying the sesnations of increased life energy! I slowly incorporated little bits of it in to my morning routines and today after doing the complete Pranayama I feel absolutely amazing!
Thank you x
Colin

I'm so happy you are experiencing increased energy, which I know is only just the beginning of the blissfull journey you have started.
Thank you for taking the first step and thank you universe for the divine cosmic life giving element known as Prana.
It is Prana which provides us with vital energy which is the basis of our life and provides us immunity from various kinds of diseases.
I wish you a wonderful journey toward Dhyana or concentration of the mind and finally to Samadhi, the state of highest equilibrium, giving supreme joy and bliss.
Sangeeta x
